Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling/Marks: mostly mild
Spine Separations: spine has completely separated in two pieces (see below)
Tearing: a few tears to the outer edge, through all pages (1 1/2" is the largest)
Other: music has been "pinned" together, resulting in four very small holes along the spine edge
