Today's Housewife - July 1919 - Norman Rockwell - Patriotic

Today's Housewife Magazine from 1919, complete and in good to very good condition. Issues include short stories, serials, and articles on fashion, cooking, baking, sewing and more. Wonderful patriotic cover illustration by C. Clyde Squires. This particular issue also includes one of the earliest Norman Rockwell illustrations that we've come across - a Grape Nuts advertisement on the back cover (see photo below). Measures about 11" X 16" with 32 pages.

Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling: mostly mild
Spine Separations: small separation, upper spine (1" or so), associated with edge wear
Tearing: 1" tear to front cover; 3/4" tear to back cover; otherwise, just minor tearing (1/4" or less)
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: mild creasing present (from handling)
