Soiling: mostly mild; some minor discoloration along edges and minor liquid staining
Spine Separations: minor separations, upper and lower spine (less than 3/4")
Tearing: some tearing - mostly minor - to the upper and lower edge of the back cover (see photo below)
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: minor corner creasing/curling present
