Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling: mostly mild
Spine Separations: center page has separated and shows considerable edge wear and tear, but it is intact
Tearing: several small tears, associated with edge wear, but nothing major
Inner Pages: barring the center page, very good to excellent
Other: great issue!
