Spine Separations: 1" separation, upper spine; binding staple corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: no major tears
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; mild creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
