Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate with considerable wear along spine
Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling: mostly mild
Spine Separations: spine wrap has nearly separated from the binding staples and has some tearing near the binding (can be seen in the photo of the back cover)
Tearing: barring the tearing mentioned above, no major tears
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: minor creasing present
