It does have some mild soiling, but no damages of any kind. Even the delicate lace is intact. About 16" from front to back, 13" top to bottom. The ties are 16 1/2" long. The full circle stiff brim is 7 1/4" wide at the top, with 4" of it extending out from under the cap, and 2 1/2" wide at neck edge, with 2" extending outside the cap. The brim ruffle, including the lace, is 2 1/4" wide all the way around the bonnet. Pale golden-beige, with off-white lace, all cotton. Direct from auction, should be laundered/cleaned before use.
