Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate - lower right corner and edge have a slight curl and wear from water damage
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate; considerable foxing to the back cover
Spine Separations: a few center pages have pulled from the binding staples but are intact and in very good condition
Tearing: some minor tearing present
Inner Pages: many pages have mild water marks along the lower edge, otherwise very good to excellent
Other: a historic Life issue!
