Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate, mainly along spine and outer edge
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate; minor pencil marks on cover
Spine Separations: no major separations
Tearing: two 1" tears on the top edge of the cover near the spine; several minor tears on the outer edge, assoiated with edge wear; minor tears elsewhere
Inner Pages: a few 1" tears to some pages, otherwise very good to excellent
Other: issue has been mildly creased down the center; minor creasing
