Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: no major separations
Tearing: 1" tear at the top of the issue, through all pages, but is clean; minor tearing elsewhere
Inner Pages: barring the tear mentioned above, very good to excellent
Other: issue has been mildly creased down the center
