Surface Wear: moderate
Soiling: moderate
Spine Separations: the center page has pulled from the lower binding staple; partial separations to the cover, lower half
Tearing: back cover has some considerable tearing; last several pages have tears ranging from 1/2 " to 1"; other minor/small tears here and there
Inner Pages: good to very good
Other: several folded corners; the issue has been mildly creased down the center
