Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate, note discoloration to back cover
Spine Separations: no major separations
Tearing: several small edge tears to cover and inner pages, most less than 1/4 "
Inner Pages: a few pages with "brittle" edges, minor tearing, some corner creasing and some areas of soiling; overall, good to very good condition
Other: issue has been mildly creased down the center
