Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate; some areas of discoloration (shown in close-ups)
Spine Separations: cover has pulled from the binding staples and is 1/2 separated and has an associated 4" tear (shown in close-up); binding is fine
Tearing: several smaller edge tears, one 2" tear to back cover, no others greater than 1"
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: several small creased corners
