Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: cover has separated from the binding staples and is partially split along the spine; the remainder of the binding is fine
Tearing: 2" curved tear through the issue on the lower edge(shown); back cover also has a few tears ranging from 1-3 inches; other minor tears elsewhere
Inner Pages: barring the tear trough the issue mentioned above, very good or better
Other: issue has been mildly creased down the center
