Phone Orders

For the fastest service, load the online shopping cart with all the items desired, calculate shipping charges, and call us with that window open.  If that's not an option, please have the item titles or item numbers (SKU) of the products you wish to order at hand.  Feel free to ask any questions while you have us on the horn!  That's what we're here for! 

You can call us anytime between 9 AM and 7 PM Central Time Monday through Friday and Saturdays 12 to 5 PM.  Sometimes we're around earlier than 9... and sometimes we're working late.  If we can't get to your call, please leave your number and we'll get back to you just as soon as we can.

Fax Orders

Our fax ordering service has been indefinitely suspended.  However, we still have FAX capability.  So, if you need to fax us for any reason, please drop us an email or phone call so we can make certain your fax will be received.  If you'd like to browse the web site and fax in an order at your leisure, that's fine, too... but please let us know ahead of time!

We've created an online form that you can print out, fill in and fax to us.  This is in Microsoft Word format.  See the link below to download the form.  The SKU (optional) and Shipping Amount are obtained through the web site's online shopping cart.  If the SKU is not used, please use EXACT product titles.  If you'd like, we can calculate the shipping for you.  For simplicity's sake, we use Priority shipping unless another method is requested. 

After we receive a fax order, we will calculate shipping and email an invoice to you with the total that will be billed to your credit card.   Or, if paying by check/money order, please make a note on the fax that you are mailing payment and we will email the total price to you.  If you would like an invoice faxed to you, just let us know.

Although we highly recommend it, the fax order form is NOT required to order with a FAX.  If not using the form, please provide all of the following information:
